This was exactly what I was looking for I was trying to get a Leaderboard Advertisement at the top of my page and I couldn’t get it centered after trying for 15 minutes. This helped me so much, thanks again!

When you use this technique in Chrome it seems to cut square blocks out of the background to the right and to the bottom of the centralised div. Does anyone know a fix for this?

height: 99%;
i used this and it worked in IE and FF
