Well, in actuality, your customers ARE a very integral part of the marketing team and the good news is that you don’t have to put them on your payroll to get them to do your marketing for you!
How is this possible? One of the best ways that you can create a phenomenal marketing campaign by using your customers is with their stories. Customer stories are great marketing tools because they tell the story of how pleased the customer is with your product or services. What better way to invite new people to try your company’s offerings than by providing them with a story about how great a product or service is and how much an existing customer appreciates or enjoys it?
Make sure that you end every customer story with an actual quote from the customer. This gives the reader something more to identify with and attaches a real person to the story. Where possible, also include a photo; it’s worth a thousand words!
