Your competition isn’t sitting around waiting for your next move and you shouldn’t be waiting for theirs. Instead, put some gusto into your sales writing techniques to ensure that you use the right combination of key words to help your reader move their ideas to buying power in your advantage.

Make sure that your writing is professional with an appropriate tone of respect. Avoid sounding stuffy and try to reach the reader with a personal touch but not as casual as you would taking with a social friend. Highlight the benefits of each feature of your product or service. Explain why the reader will gain a certain value from said features.

Be sure to include a time sensitive incentive such as a discount. Show that you understand your reader’s needs and concerns by addressing them in a manner that makes every word count. This applies to all of your sales writing whether by email, hard copy and within your teams.
